Steve also mentioned that it really stung that NBC didn’t reach out to him before making the decision public. “I’m just an old school guy, and I just thought that you’re supposed to talk to people and go, ‘Look, you’ve been good business for us. This is what we’re thinking of doing, are you okay with that?’” he explained. “Instead, they just dropped the news without a heads-up, and that feels a little crazy, you know?”

According to the Hollywood Reporter, she couldn’t be more excited about this opportunity. “I love connecting with people, playing games, music, and finding ways to help or give back to communities/organizations,” she shared. “Having my own talk show where I get to do all of these things is pretty much a dream job!”
